270 bhp is nuts from a 2 litre diesel - I've never seen figures that high, is it just a remap to get that kind of power?

Have to ask though - why garage it for the winter? It's a skoda. Lovely car but I can't the point of putting it away myself.

HTH

They can be quite wriggly as standard, and even more so when chipped up, but that things got as much torque as my Bentley! hehe

I still can't get over those power figures. Jabbasport don't quote anything even close to that for a remap on any of the PD TDI engines.

Thats one hell of a list of extensive mods.

Whats the standard output on those? Aren't they originally rated at 130bhp?

If you can get those engines up to 270, that would make my A6 Avant quite a different beast .....

Turbo, injectors, intercooler, etc all uprated. Allard Motorsport are another company known for this I believe http://www.fuelefficientsystems.co.uk/

Another more 'famous' car http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BvjJjL7Z50 (check the mod list).

I'm sure it is. Saying "jabba ST3" doesn't really explain anything does it? Jabbasport don't even quote 270BHP for any of their mods, remap or otherwise. Hence I asked a question!

soz for slow reply ...

basically the conversion took longer than expected due to availability of a part,i decided to use my merc c43 as it had been garaged for a few yr and didnt think the fabia would be practical on damp roads.

Hi there, I see this is a very old thread but I'm hoping you can still advise me if your on this forum. You are the only end user of the Jabba Stage 3 TDI I can track down, and wanted to know if you would recommend it based on the cost?

Thanks mate.

The downside is the cost as basically its throwing money down the drain...ive spent about 12k on my car (over 20k including the purchase) its a superb vehicle now though..very solid and responsive on the road..it drives as standard apart from got to keep revs over 1500 not to labour in any gear...but on boost is unbelievably quick. if you can afford it then do it..only live once.
