great cars! and i think so much more honest and credible than the mk2 version.... although i am a little biased as a member of the original small development team on RS with many 000's of happy miles of RS thrashing under my belt:

trip cars catching a little lime light outside Dunton HQ

sunning themselves on the shores of the Adriatic

stuck at the top (pass wasnt fully opened yet, somethings even an RS can't climb ;-):

probably my fav RS pic:

sorry for the thread hijack, but thought you might like to see those pics (never been seen before) and enjoy your car !!!

Don't do it Max! It's a Ford Legal Department sting operation to find out which address to write on the search warrant...

Well I've had a small bump in the snow car slid & couldn't save it & I bumped a kerb, I have managed to ruin my steering rack weeping rang ford as the rs rack is unique to the model to be quoted £1028+ vat yikesyikesyikes luckily there is a ford dealer that advertises on eBay that have a huge stock of rs parts & are selling them off cheap so have got one on way for £115.50 thumbup!i also need to fit a wheel bearing (slightly noisy) so am going to do that at the same time then set all the geometry back up & fingers crossed she will be as good as new smile'

Bit of an update not had a lot of luck with the car recently first a customer at my work hit the front (just drove off caught by the CCTV) then two days later my mums friend hit the rear banghead just getting paperwork for the front (insurance rolleyes) sorted so it can go in & be sorted, also had this the turbo oil feed banjo bolt snapped luckily I noticed an oil leak & it didn't let go completely while I was driving the car smile

I came extremely close to selling it recently but despite the recent issues Ive found myself falling in love with it all over again so once the paintworks sorted I will be doing a few other bits to freshen it up a bit biggrin

Also went for a bit of a run with sw02tec in his stunning mk2 focus rs yesterday which was lots of fun evil I must say that even stock they sound fantastic at full chat

Hello Neil, you've set me off wondering about that banjo bolt on mine now. I don't fancy paying nearly £100 for the pipe that comes with the bolt.

I'll see if Grahame can get me just the bolt.

I still think the FRS looks better with the standard colour wheels, I'll have too get mine done.

I remember you wanted to sell it. What keeps drawing you back in? I really want one but am torn between one of these and something rwd. :-( I need something I would use as a daily though. And have a track type car which I don't think I could part with.
