Many thanks - glad you like it. Yes RT Mechanics are Volvo, BMW and Mini specialists. I have been taking my car there for the last couple of years aswell as doing as many jobs as I can do myself on the drive way and the car has never been in better shape.

What a great thread as I love fast saloons. There is a T5R near me that never seems to move - this has got me thinking that maybe I should knock on the door wink

Many thanks, I have spent quite a bit over the 3 years but still less than buying a new car! I do enjoy driving and modifying it and I cant easily think of a car I would like to replace it with so at the moment its money well spent!

Picked up my car on 27/12/2010 from RT's with the JT exhaust fitted - it is absolutely awesome and makes the car feel much more torquey, also cant get enough of that sound with the 3" DP. My old exhaust used to pop and bank quietly, but this does a few nice pops and bangs when you lift off the loud pedal smile. Couldn't be more pleased, will certainly do me until I decide to go for more power....

Few pics :

On the car :

And a couple from a few locations in York, where I spent new years with my girlfriend and a few friends :

Cheers to www.rtmechanics.co.uk for the exhaust, heat wrapping / fitting & to Scott, Andy & James for helping me make my mind up for which exhaust to go for!!

Need to get some metal polish on those rusty wheel bolts as the look nasty!

Couple more pics of my new exhaust :

And a couple more pics of the car after cleaning it up :
