Im on the essex suffolk boarder near sudbury.... my ultima was red smile

with regard the engine damage.. it was a max of 2 seconds before I registered what had happened and dipped the clutch, I was cruising at 50mph and 5000rpm in a 50 limit with no load and the music up full blast when it happened... there was no warning!

This looks amazing, awesome work!

Can I ask a question please? From the pictures I can only see 3 exhaust ports running to the turbo, do the other three also feed the same turbo?

I cannot wait to see this finished, hats off to you for not giving up on this!

if you look at the below pic you will see one manifold at the rear going directly into the turbo, the pipe closer to the camera also goes into the turbo and comes from the front bank....

The 2nd pic shows the manifold without the turbo fitted so probably exlains it better... I changed the wastegate possition slightly from the 2nd pic as they were not optimum.

Oh, OK, I'm Halstead. I saw a yellow one in the town once, so thought it might have been yours. Great build by the way. I know your looking for a fairly stress free set up, but what power levels are you looking at having on each map? and what could it potentially go to?

I suspect that's the one that lives, or used to live at Cut Maple.

Andy, hats off to you sir.

Have enjoyed reading your supercar project thread, now you're going to provide even more hours lost to housework following this one too.

Enjoy the process, and look forward to the finished result.

Wow looks amazing. Anti lag - talk to me. How is that done? In the same fashion as the grp B cars of old or is there another; more sophicated system in use in this day and age?

When do you expect to have it running. Please make some videos, i can't wait to see what it sounds like.
