my 328i se tourer
Discussion
Sold my car last October to fund getting my eldest through his test and then being able to drive, so we have been sharing a 1.2 clio for over a year. My wonderful wife then surprised me on xmas day with this
so its a 328i se tourer, plenty of miles but full bmw service history, 6 months tax and full mot, serviced, she got it from our mechanic who has looked after all our cars in recent years, got for a very very good price, just have to wait for the insurance company to open so i can sort that bit out.
stuff that needs doing
a good clean
fuse for central locking
few bits of trim missing
radio only picks up classic fm
2 front alloys corroded
need some mats
so nothing serious at all
quick question....having never owned an auto before whats the 2/3/4 'gears' for?? Anything i should keep an eye on?? cheers, all comments welcome

quick update
finally managed to give it a good clean today, excuse the dodgy wheel trims as these are my winter wheels, selling the 18"'s that were on and looking for some E36 M3 ones instead. Fitted some bits of trim that were missing, fixed the radio and going in soon to sort out the c/locking (bits on order). Quick question, whats the easiest way to remove the glue used for sticking the badges on the boot??
couple of pics, not bad for a 150k 12 year old car....
