Latest update, old engine out, to make way for a forged one.

Are you just forging the internals Or having new liners in to? Maybe time to put a bigger turbo and blower on there? Maybe a m62 and a gt35rs? wink

It is going up to a gt3076, SC will stay as it is for the time being.

Oh.my.

My 2.5T S-Max used to run a GT3071R, but it came off after 5,000km as I didn't want to lunch the engine. The standard rods are like toothpicks and with 575Nm it was always a risk, and one I decided I didn't want to take again!

I look forward to the updates of this WITH the S/C remaining! thumbup

Well, it's that time of year again, so it's time for the winter upgrade, which involves this:

Sorry, I don't like it.

I appreciate the challenge in what you're doing but I can't see that it'll run as good as a standard T5 nevermind one with the tried and trusted usual upgrades.

I guess that maybe isn't the point though.
Quoting myself from 2 years back and since then I've followed the project on and off across various forums and watched the youtube vids.

Have to say I love it now, totally bonkers smile

That was my initial thought followed by my second thought.

Unless just needs some spare parts!?
