The lack of firewall between you and the tank. It's just too close for comfort, in my eyes. If it goes up, it's just too close.
The firewall is the last thing to go in, it's much easier to work on the car without one, next stage is actually the cage and bulkhead.

Claymore, how does the rear coming setup work? Guessing a rear mounted rad and intercooler? Are you just using a single intercooler on the rear setup?

There's one intercooler behind the engine with the radiator, and there's another intercooler and oil cooler sticking out of the roof.

I’ve been following this thread from the start and even with everything else you’ve done... a flip front was the last thing I expected to see!

Not sure how I missed this thread - Not often a thread puts a genuine smile on your face all the way thru!

Part of the reason for the flip front was to make it easier to get on and off the transporter biggrin and of course all the extra access.

Can I ask, as I am following a similar project.... on the BMW mini by pass valve, does it matter which way round the valve is? I can see that it opens with engine vacuum, but is there a correct way to fit it. Can you get it back to front (as in the air flow path)? Thanks.
