Just posted these family-friendly rides on Readers' Cars, but this seems to be the thread for real Connoisseurs! wink

1991 Lotus Omega (= LHD Lotus Carlton). Factory fresh with only 8000 miles from new.

Never seen another v-twin one and this one has always been black - theres only been about 9 ever built
Got any details of the orange one? be interested to know more

I'm saying Orange but that was John's R1 version from the NE up here.

Does this have some rather pretty exhaust work on it?

Blue half hide interior (TVR embossed headrests) with Leven aluminium goodies. Dials are cream. Shall we settle on 9? Haha

It's actually one of my favourites so far, feels really good and tight. It's got plenty of power and doesn't make me feel I wish it had more, plenty of grip from the rear 345's wink sounds good when you floor it, looks fantastic from every angle. And surprisingly cheap now, for what was a £90k car new. Drinks fuel but it's a 8ltr v10 so who cares. Really looking forward to my trip to classic Le Mans in the viper.
