Slightly vulgar question i know but i'm really curious as to how much all of this has cost you?
I think we can safely just say 'a lot..'

The cost of the project is personal and its a labour of love and if i thought about the cost, i would certainly be thinking twice about it.
If i had my own garage space then the overall cost would be 25% cheaper.

Came home to find these 2 babies waiting for me for the CF wheel..

Dropped off my new crack pipe, freshly polished strut brace and blue flex cover for some engine harnesses to the indie to install on the mota..
To compliment the R36 coilpack plugs..

Crack pipe..

Strut Brace

I think the next time I see her, in 2 weeks as I will be working away, she will be done..

Received my new Pro Alloy Engine, Charge Cooler rads and new slimline fans a couple of days ago, which have now been fitted, this will allow the engine to be started today..
There are no OEM bayonet hose connections on this rad as they are quite restrictive and full bore hoses can be used.

The engine rad is 20mm deeper over the 32mm stock which allows increased cooling capacity and to also delete the secondary engine rad which was in the scoop.
The Charge Cooler rad is 100% deeper than previous but still retaining a fine core.

Love the rims, really nice. Personally i'd opt for a matt gunmetal wrap to go with these rims. Still the current color is nice and that engine is manic. Top job!

Cheers Erwin, the colour is better in the flesh as the camera isn't a true 100% representation.
The wheels are an old design and you wont see many cars running them in 18" and with gloss black centres as that was a special order addition.

No doubt it's a seriously quick and well sorted car, but I just think you've overdone it visually, sorry.

Sleeper or show and go..its just the colour for now..maybe it will change when the wind blows differently.
The wrap will come of fairly easy and then i can just pick another colour, whether that be less dramatic or not.
I dont think i will be chroming the outside, thats for sure..

Sadly I have to agree. I've just spent the past 3hours reading this thread between doing work hehe absolutely amazing!

Do you have any definate information on what power its putting out now?

Currently it is only running 6psi until i get to the indie next but i do have an in car dyno connected to the OBD2 port that tells me that at 6psi and 5k rpm i am running 250bhp and 300lb/ft and bear in mind the boost could be raised to 18psi but it will be the clutch that sets the final boost settings, as slippage is hard to live with.

She has gone back to the indie for an oil change and some logging, with a view to raise the boost and push her a bit harder.
Im hoping to attend Supra Pod this weekend and then an OC event at Gaydon.
