Citroen DS3 DSport 150THP (Picture heavy)
Discussion
I have a slight soft spot for nippy Citroens. I used to have a Citroen C2 VTS, I absolutely loved that car.
Anyway back on track, I do like the sound of that 1.6T engine with 190hp in quite a small car. I bet that is a riot to drive, but seriously take off those stickers. Not one person have said they like them, so to me that speaks volumes. No offence but it is seriously chavvy. The picture from when your car was not covered in 2 Fast 2 furious stickers looked really smart.

Definitely. I know you must have paid a fair sum for the stickers, but it looks like a schoolboy's exercise book. The only stickers a car should ever have are a discreet PH smiley and perhaps a National Trust parking permit.Anyway back on track, I do like the sound of that 1.6T engine with 190hp in quite a small car. Is this a wind-up? How can anyone who joins PH think that sticking up a car like that is anything other than Barry? Were you worried people may not know what model it is or something?
It's not exactly a subtle car to begin with — I quite like its quirkiness — but those sticker do nothing other than earn you 'respek' at a drive-thru.
A future barryboys.co.uk star?

The remap can be removed easily yes either via an update from a citroen dealer or overwritten by one of the mapping tools.
Is the extra cost of the remap on your insurance premium countered by the devaluing stickers?I do live fast nippy Citroens mind. My first 'new' car was a Wicked Red VTR. Great fun and left totally standard until I sold it and saw it cruising the streets of Bromsgrove tarted up with spoilers and and a Barry exhaust. Poor old Y557 MAB

Forgive the fact that it's a 30 second bodge job, but I think this looks a lot better and suits the lines of the car more.
Otherwise, as good a car as it is, I've never seen the point in buying a brand new Citroen, as it will be worth about 50% in a year or two!
Don't let me or the other grumblewarts put you off though, should be a fun little car!
But theboyfold went one step futher and chopped it.
Now that I reckon loooks the dogs bo dangles...
I was at work so couldn't see the photo's earlier, so saw all the posts about how st the stickers where, and thought, 'they must look really bad'.
I actually think they look good and I am sure, you are not swayed by other peoples judgement, but make sure you keep them on, they look different in a good way..
Nice car and I think that the snobbery towards the premium badges, will mean this will hopefully be a used car bargain..

OMG what have you done!
Citroën took ages to make a good car and you do that to it. I assume you have big white trainers with flashing lights in the heals, a white shell suit and gold chains around your neck. Still underneath its a great little car, just lose the stickers the car says it all on its own.
