Brake Judder 944s2
Discussion
When a disc warps there is very rarley any visual evidence, doesnt take much "warp" at all to realy feel it under braking. You maybe able to feel it with your fingers if you jack the car up, remove the wheel, then rotate the disc with one hand and feel its surface with the other.
Bottom line is, you need new discs !

I expect your problem is more likely to be pad transfer rather than warped disks (This has been the subject of many discussions here and on other forums). It tends to occur after heavy brake use with no cool down period - the pad material adheres to the disk, with the resulting unevenness causing the judder. If it is pad transfer then gradual use of the brakes should in time improve the situation and reduce and hopefully remove the judder. I would therefore give it some time before jumping into expensive new disks.
