The roof has developed a little rattle. The power steering has become "creaky" (it's in for that to be looked at today) and it doesn't run as smoothly and quietly as it did (again - being looked at today). When I got into the loaner Boxster it was very noticeable how much smoother it was.

The clutch on mine has become a little "sticky" too (not as smooth an engagement as one might wish) - which may be a sign of RMS or may just be a sign that the clutch is going a bit early (only 28K miles). The clutch only behaves like this if the car is not driven daily...which it now is since the Vectra stter I ran broke.

All in all it is still a truly great car. The 987 is better - but not so much better that I feel I want to pay Porsche the readies to change..

I know exactly what you mean with the 987!

Same for my boxster really. I have a few little niggles that will be sorted at the next service/MOT in October. The clutch pedal squeaks. The gearchange somtimes drags (the selector, not the gearbox thankfully). And the handbrake only holds on one side, suspect that is the cable as the hydraulics work perfectly for the foot brake. Might need a rear anti roll bar bushing too. All minor tinkering really!
