I do like the look of that sub. How deep is it and whats it like sitting in the passenger seat when the stereo is on loud?

Thanks for your comments Dry664. The sub enclosure was moulded to fit the footwell and goes right to the back getting smaller as the space gets smaller. I think it is about a foot or so deep at the deepest point. You lose leg room but passengers up to 5'9" are quite comfortable with the seat right back.

In terms of the passenger experience, this is not a Max Power setup so the focus was on sound quality rather than loudness - it can go loud, but I have the EQ set to Flat, so you get a crisp clear sound from the original source rather than a coloured interpretation (obviously depending on how well the song was EQ'd in the first place - geek talk). Therefore if the passenger has their feet on the sub they feel a pleasant bass response more than discomfort.
