Aerokit... does the rear spoiler lift on the 997t with an aerokit and do you guys think the aerokit look good?

Aerokit doesn't lift or look good in my view. I wish here was a cost effective way of upgrading to an OEM GT2 aerokit as this looks amazing

I could save enough buying one of these to have the suspension fully sorted, an exhaust that sounds less hoover-like and some more attractive and functional wheels.
I was going to say in response to Rocco's desire to buy a 997.1 Turbo that he should definitely look for one without those hideous wheels they came with or budget to change them.

Regarding the prettiest 911 Turbo, my list would be:

993
964
930
997

(996 purposely omitted as I do not believe it belongs in any list that's to do with prettiness)

Finally found one 2 weeks ago and pick it up in say 9 hours
Was looking for manual but had to settle for tip that said it has PCCB with a good spec and low miles
Cant wait

Awesome machines!!!
Mark is a true gent and kept to his word
Didnt ask for a single penny for deposit yet kept hold of the car for me
Would highly recommend Mark Pearce of Sterling Porsche
This man goes beyond the call of duty
Thank you very much Mark for sourcing such a remarkably well maintained car!!!

Until you meet or buy a car from Stirlings you don't understand what I think makes him unique
His attention to detail and fastidiousness is I think unique
A 1owner 7 year old turbo done 8000 miles I bet that car is almost better than new

When I was looking for my 997 c4s he had iirc a 16k miles 06 7c4s however price and spec wasn't right for me, but he does often seem to have low mile examples. Lack of use is not always best but as long as inspected which I think he gets opc to do then all good.

Mark Pearce of Sterling Porsche is the last of his kind
As for the 997 t i have just purchased its like factory fresh
You could not have asked for a better service
I looked at the car and paid Mark without even sitting in it
No test drive just paid the man wished each other all the best and bon voyage

Thank you for your kind words
I did try and take you out for a test drive
The car is a one off though and really is like it's 7 months old rather than 7 years
No driving it over 40 mph like the 1st owner please

^^ This. I stepped out of a 997.2 Turbo S for a manual 997.1 Turbo and I actually prefer it.
Especially with a Sport(short) Shifter. More fun/involved driving.
+1 so glad I didn't settle for a 996 turbo

(997.1 turbo sports shifter owner)

By way of contrast, 997.1tt is the most disappointing turbo i've driven... nowhere near as competent or fast as the gen two pdk, and much less personality and feel + no faster than a 996tts/x50... caught in the middle imo.
