Once run it is quality!!!
Had a blast with some biker today over the tops, he kept having a look but no way was he getting past me and think if he had he would have been majorly in trouble when the bendys hit, must have naffed him off as he was goading me and in the end i pulled over and waved but he just slowly went passed without looking LOL Its the 1st time in a car i felt like the bikes would not leave me sitting, the more i drive the R the more i'm amazed with the power and handling only thing is it can get a bit squirrely on the crappy roads.

I know, I'm really looking forward to it! The car I borrowed from Mid-Sussex was utterly epic, just looking at potential track days at the moment!

As a biker and ex-Cayman owner, I'd like to point out that most bikers are extremely wary of car drivers trying it on on the roads. Getting involved with a potential nutter just isn't a risk worth taking. SS7

Are you glad the searchings over now iandews and the drive worth it??
Tried to do deal with Colchester myself and must admit customer service and advice was excellent. Congrats Staffs, if you are from Staffordshire, we'll have to meet up with the boys as I'm in Cheshire. I'm delighted I've finally decided and own the car, though still haven't been out on my own to familirise myself with it...maybe later. Where you getting your car from?

It would be good to meet up somewhere soon, i'm ok for the next week or so but then taking the cayman to Norway for 2 weeks followed by the british GP for 4 days when we get back.
It would be great to get a good few Caymans out.

Jon What about 10:00 at the Cat & Fiddle pub. We could head to Buxton, Whaley Bridge, across to the Snake and Holmforth etc Then turn around and do it all again in the other direction.
