well all the negatives about steering was a tad worrying. I also couldnt quite work out why people were bemoaning the new luxury as a negative??? Basically the 991 is super desirable and luxurious and sports car when you want it to be...that sounds like perfection to me. Tony 1234 said: God you must be mad, haven't you read all the negative posts by the PH armchair experts that don't own a 991?
Only joking of course welcome to the club, I've no sunroof but went for the PDCC

this is the CGI for my spec. ordered 10 days ago and expecting delivery second week of sep through mayfair... gd said: Congratulations, that sounds beautiful. Did you go for the 20" alloys, they look fantastic in the big wheelarches the 991 has? I have to admit, I didn't like the pics of the 991 in the press but in the flesh it is a fabulous looking machine, and very comfy inside too.
Of course, the usual rules apply... pictures on collection please!
How long do you have to wait?

its just the rear windows as privacy (factory fitted) not blacked out....I was thinking all black. Get it detailed as well. Mine is 7 weeks old and is getting done tomorrow. Hopefully it will then be Guards Red and not Guards Pink as the detailer said! Happy Days.

Well, all the minor swirls etc will be removed and then polished with Swissvax. The interior leather will be treated, alloys polished. It will then be protected for the next year and easier to clean. You could probably get your dealer to deliver your car straight to a detailer rather than let them PDI it.
