Only if they have been replaced, only one part# for turbo front splitter plus C4S wasn't even available when turbo was released in 2000.
Bet the cars had coil overs/ lowering springs at some point. Only one reason people fit c4s front splitter, and that's to get over speed humps easier in lowered car. ZeroH said:
Why does your turbo have a C4S front splitter?
If it came with it then this is the second turbo I've seen from RSJ with the incorrect front splitter on a turbo.
I wouldn't worry unless you're going to do Vmax. I run mine with one as it's perpetually scraping on the ground in car parks with the standard one, although my car does ride lower than stock. If it came with it then this is the second turbo I've seen from RSJ with the incorrect front splitter on a turbo.
Coming up to two years of ownership; which is good going for me. This could really be all the car you need (unless you're a builder and need a van!). Strengths have been well documented by others. Weaknesses; arguably getting on a bit now so suppose things will need changing soon...and...err, that's it.
My 12 year old had his first school rugby match today. Early start, it seemed dry so it would have been a shame not to take the 996TT. Pootled around really, it gets to silly speeds so quick that you have to keep an eye on the speedo. I kept the switchable exhaust turned on and enjoyed the music warbling from the pipes. A great way to start the day

what do we think about this? Hate the wheels but is a guards 996 such a faux pas?
Personally its great - would compliment the 944 a treat. Actually scratch that - it would make it look soo pink!
I really wanted a red one when I was looking to buy but just couldn't find the right car...so ended up with black what do we think about this? Hate the wheels but is a guards 996 such a faux pas?

Red looks great on a 996 turbo imo.

9FF - definitely adds something to the journey, especially in tunnels and when giving it some beans
