Erm?

Nope, can't read that.

You tell me?

There's something wrong with you if you can't read it.

So the guy doesn't use paragraphs. He's obviously gone to some lengths to tell us his story about Nigel's 959, or whatever model it is. All you can do is focus on a slight negative because his written English isn't perfect on a forum.

You've missed the point.

My written English on here isn't perfect either, being dyslexic does that to you.
It also makes it nigh on impossible to read posts that are written as one long flow with spacing or structure.

I wonder if the aggression would still directed at those of us who pointed out the post was unreadable if the subject was a modified corsa or the like? History shows it would not and the op would be the one getting ridicule, been here long enough to know that.

I'm sure the car is pretty dam special and I look forward to seeing up to date pictures, but I stand by the fact that a little effort to structure a post goes a long way, especially on this forum.

Being called a dick or having someone like you tell me there is 'something wrong' with me for having trouble reading a completely grammar & structure free essay.... Pathetic.

I think the company that made the 959 kit was a company in L.A at that time called GETTY DESIGN.COM But now do all sorts of panel's for late porsche's aswell.

Nice story Gary, I was the one who started the other thread about the car (under my old name).

If you get the chance it would be great to keep this thread going with some pictures as you get the restoration done as very few people will get the chance to ever have a good look around such a rare modified car.

Perhaps you might have come across as less of a prat if you simply posted that you have a disability that stops you enjoying everyone's posts in the first place then?

Someone like me? But you don't know me.

The reason this thread is still running without Gary's update is because you came across as rude, harsh and blinkered when someone had taken the time as a newcomer to post an interesting story.

Maybe you'll think twice next time.

Forgive me for the above - just making a point and being childish smile

I don't think a perfectly punctuated and written piece is the be all and end all but the OP was difficult to read - but worth it (IMHO)

Look forward ot the pictures and updates as above beer

This has the potential to be a very interesting thread (aside from the grammar police). Would be good to have updates and photos of the car as work is progressed?

I am surprised that no-one has asked already, and obviously you may not wish to disclose on here, but given the amount spent previously (you say £200k all in all), can I ask what you paid for it? It would be a very difficult car to value and I for one have no idea at all what something like this would be worth?

It could have been worse: he could have written it in "text speak".
