9 out of 71 on here that we know of have cancelled/sold/returned. 13% already and no doubt more unknown and to follow.
No wonder everyone is getting nervous as well as frustrated ( p155ed off) with this unacceptable situation

Catching up with the rest of the world configurators yes. Strangely the sport chrono has disappeared with its new track-lap "app" function..

And playing around I also noticed that finally on normal 991 the rear-view camera is now available.. and I know the purist will moan about this.. but I just don't get why it's not available for the GT3..

Not sure if it really proves anything.

Cars are a consumer durable and ownership is often short term. In the past, GT3s have often had several owners with the average ownership probably around 12 months. So, even without these issues, quite a few owners would have moved on anyway. It's the nature of the market - there's so much choice.

Personally, I probably wouldn't buy a 991 GT3, but that's nothing to do with the current problems.

Reversing camera on a 911?!! The world has gone feckin mad. Bad enough they have cup holders, let alone a camera for ffs!

I'd suggest the R8 V10 manual. It's a lovely car (great engine and gearbox) IMO although it is a bit lardy at 1650ish kg and the brakes are over servo'd which you definitely will feel coming from a Porsche.

Thanks for the input fellas but I thought the EVO might have given the clue that I do not want to get into Lambo/McLaren territory. That range listed is £15k to £80k ish and all 4WD.

You can get a Gallardo for £80K and most of them are 4WD, I think??
