That's a bit sad looks like it lives outside.

Front and rear bumpers aren't RS, so I'm doubting it.

LHD and km common on real RS's but wot Henry said... the give away is the bulge in the centre section, unless it's been repaired on the cheap.

I believe the one I spotted above is a Carrera 2. Still a shame that it's driven so little, mind.
