Quite Cobalt is quite similar as well. I have the sales receipt, the car was 43K base & with options the first owner took it to £52K, I buy it 12 years later at £6,500!

It was for sale on e bay last September October time and looked lovely, i was very tempted as it was at a reasonable price but really wanted a gen 2 car, if it had of been a gen 2 rather than the 08plate i would of been all over it!!

Maybe it's the light but the first pic doesn't look like Estoril Blue to me.....Estoril is brighter than that. At least that's my recollection of my E36 M3 that I ordered in it back in '97. It's quite different from Cobalt Blue I think.

The contemporary Audis of that GT2 - the RS2s - were painted in RS Blau.

It was only the later RS Audis (from the B5 RS4 onwards) that were painted in a colour called Nogaro Blue.

Yes, the colour was called RS Blue on the RS2, but re-introduced as Nagaro Blue in 1996 on the 5-pot S6.

Any chance of a group shot with the Green, Orange, Riv and Etna boxsters together? it will be an internet first if you did.

The only time I have seen the three together was on the 987 Gen2 launch, if you add the fourth car that would be a the first time they have been snapped together.
