Hi all,

I am going to be dropping my 993 a little bit (closer to what my C4S was like), and don't want to go for coilovers. This is mainly a road car after all, and i do quite a bit of mileage.
My C4S was great for this, but with the C2 being about 100kg lighter (no rear wiper, half the motors in the seats, 2wd, etc) i know the same suspension won't do.

Thought i'd go for Eibach springs to drop 25/30mm, though rather than getting the suspension set up done twice i may just get new shocks at the same time!

Any comments?

VS...

I had mine lowered 30mm with TechArt springs and renewed the standard shocks at the same time. Very happy with the look and ride height for the road. But the combination can be a bit clonky over just about anything on the road surface though!

I would go for M030 springs and HD Bistein dampers if you're after handling as well as cosmetics (add the roll bars also at some stage), or the M033 springs and the same dampers to preserve the ride and get that pimped out look. Chromed 18s are optional..
