Prospective 991 GT3 RS Owners discussion forum.

i am on nr 1 of my vienna dealer's list and have signed a pre contract for a 991GT3 RS back in february (before the GT3 disaster struck). the dealer
had one allocation for an RS back then and it was committed to go to me. now the dealer told me that his allocation has miraculously vanished
from the PAG ordering system....he said that never happened before. i must say that all this starts to go on my nerves and rather sooner than later i
shall go the speciale way.

don't worry, the march, April, GT3s went the same way," off world" now back to Oct build....had one allocation for an RS back then and it was committed to go to me. now the dealer told me that his allocation has miraculously vanished

In Italy there is nothing "official" for the preorders.I know for sure that my name is first on the list at my dealer(i put the name on in September 2013),and i have a copy of a white contract with on the top writed GT3 RS and nothing more,and in total he has two preorder like mine(mine and another).
Then in Porsche Italia there is a list with the names that all dealers send of who is interested in this car(white contract signed).The names are in order of when they signed the contract.
But no mention of PAG ordering system via PC or other...so i don't know if is different from other countries,or if yours/mine dealer tell false things.

dealers in austria usually know how many cars of why type they can expect during the current year. 991 GT3's are allocated in the system until june 2015.
the same was the case with the RS but now the allocations are gone from the system.

eh...thinking that a few days ago there was a rumor that tell that the RS can be deleted due the delay,is not encouraging...
Hope that all will goes better and that soon we know how it will looks and when we will have our cars.
i sold my 997 Turbo three years ago,my Cayenne Turbo 9 months ago...i can't wait again too much without something that run fast!

i believe (not based on hard info) that PAG is still not sure what to do/or not with the RS. or that it was pushed back until at least end of 2014thinking that a few days ago there was a rumor that tell that the RS can be deleted due the delay,is not encouraging...

220K for the RS? and why should anyone buy it over the 458Speciale? i just can't see it...this will make me stay on the list for the 458PS and get off the RS list if true.
