Is it just me but I do think that the cars with standard xenon headlights have a proper face with eyes rather than with the LED headlights??
Both pics of the blue and green RS's look great especially with the dark xenon lights....it looks chilled out

Lovely colour Glen, wear well. My 991 RS is LO, I was in two minds whether to spec Green again ( I owned " The HulK", the only UK Green 7.2 RS, and only one of two RHD ones in the World ). I was too slow deciding and the PTS window closed.
You will be stunned with the performance and comfort and the 991 is a big improvement over the 997 in every respect, says he after 3030 kms appeared today.
In every respect ?. Quicker, easier to drive at the limit I agree, but for feel, rawness and overall satisfaction....would need to disagree. You will be stunned with the performance and comfort and the 991 is a big improvement over the 997 in every respect, says he after 3030 kms appeared today.

Thank you, remember yours well. I missed my frog dearly, so there really was only ever one colour choice for me. I acted very quickly when pts came out, pretty much specced the car the next day, think that help. Yes, I does feel very very responsive already, dying to stretch its legs.

Some thoughts on the photo.
" It rolled down a ramp " that implies it was driverless, yet there is no apparent incline in the photos.
I've found on first start up the 991 RS lurches, in my drive in the morning it goes nowhere on the first press of the accelerator and a firmer second press can make it lurch forward ( or back ) up to two metres. I suspect this is what happened and that it had a driver.
Looking again at the photos , IMHO there will be significant under body damage, at least it will have broken and esposed the underbody sealent pretection.
And they 're right , while the owner may be financially compensated, he won't get a peplacement car as there are none.

Um ! I hope mine doesn't start lurching as in my garage I only have about 1 foot clearance at each end. Try keeping your foot on the brake when starting. As to why that poor car has gone for a dip I guess that we will never know. Maybe it was started with the hand brake on, the driver has revved it up a little then released the brake resulting in a bit of unexpected forward motion. Must have crap reactions or be totally unfamiliar with driving the car. " It rolled down a ramp " that implies it was driverless, yet there is no apparent incline in the photos.

At last, after many many months of waiting, my RS is waiting for me to collect this weekend.
I now have a new dilemma.
Do I paintshield the car, part of, or whole?
Do I Gtechniq the car, part or whole
Do I do a combination of the above?
Do I do nothing, and just drive it, and say to hell with any stonechips or traffic grime?
What have you guys, the other owners done?
The car is light metallic blue PTS.
