Why what's wrong with them?
It's a simple thing really. The seat runners aren't spring loaded forward and my GF is paralysed (it's her car), so she can't move the seat forward on her own. The Carbon sports seats are spring loaded forward and therefore allowing her to drive on her own, not needing me or anyone else to push the seat forward.Had an interesting problem with my car which was spotted by my dealer. I had dropped it in for a Spring inspection (had been stored) and the dealer noticed very slight play in the rear steering. Turned out that the toe bar and motor unit that controlled the rear steering was faulty. No impact of any kind had caused it . The unit was replaced under warranty and the car was carefully corner balanced. The had never seen the problem before.

I always knew Lava Orange was the best colour - look what type of people it attracts - I'm off to Monaco in mine - wish me luck , I may not make it back alive , but what a way to go ......
She has turned her back on the Orange car as she heads towards a Birch Green one parked across the road. CarAficionado said:
Is it worth painting the rear silver struts to black (on a ultra violet RS) to match the black wheels or not ? I'm kind of worried it may cause hassle later on.
Others have done it. But must confess silver wheels to match the struts looks pretty cool.No hassle later, regardless of which option you choose.
Hi RDMcG
I had a 2014 991 GT3 which as I am sure you know has similar if not the same RWS. When I took the car to Center Gravity in late October 2014, Chris noticed slight play in the offside motor. At that time the car had around 2500 miles on it and like you had suffered no impact or other good reason to cause the play. When I took it back to the OPC it was replaced under warranty without any question. At the time I was told there were none left as they had already had to replace a few and the motor part had been subject to revision several times evidenced by revised part numbers.
