Minor fact that confirmed something that has been discussed. The RS roof is definitely magnesium. It is being fabricated on contract currently. I was talking to someone involved in it who is highly credible to me.

I picked up an immaculate 997 GT3 Gen 1 today APOLO1, based on your thoughts on the 996 RS should I put it in the bin?

Well, we 'know' that the base GT3 is at least £20k underpriced, so an extra £30k on top appears reasonable.

just don't expect it to do much from a price point..me I would not want the inconvenience of taking up useful bin space.....

I know the EU price, but don't know exactly what options will be standard on the UK cars...

think you will find that 200 with a good spec may be close to list...don't need to order either.......
