Pirelli P Zero Corsa -Track Tire or Road tire?

Any feedback on track experience with the new PZero Corsa's? We have a few pairs shipped to Sunny South Africa.
They seemed to run fine in short track winter testing on a 993 and 944 but are delivering poor results up to 2s slower per lap in summer testing with 993 and Boxter S.
Appears they get greasy really quickly with 30 deg ambient temp after 4-5 laps of a 2km circuit.
How do they feature in Uk climate?
Do i go back to Bridgestone R's as they are more stable?
