911 3.2 Carrera door handle problem

My drivers door exterior handle has to be squeezed extremely hard to get it to activate. Is it possible to adjust this from inside the door and if so can someone advise how its done.

Mine's the same.

If you push the door inwards when pulling the catch then its much easier to open.

Aparently it's possible to adjust the catch mechasism, but I haven't done this yet.
