Shocking behaviour, just re-inforces the dodgy car dealer image the public have.

Why anyone in their right mind would buy a car from such a bullstter beggars belief.

I wouldn t buy a second hand pram from him.

I sold my porsche to this guy directly, none of this sale and return.. cheque bounced.. blah blah blah, received another cheque which cleared, luckily my drama lasted just over a week. When the cheque bounced i googled and found a horror story where some poor guy on sale or return was getting the run around, which made me very nervous..

Months later my mate was then selling his car, zero interest on here or autotrader, so he went to williams, I warned him to only sell direct due to the horror story i had found, but unfortunately he did the sale or return.. car sold straight away and payment was to be spaced over 3 payments (god knows why), took close to a year to get it all back... every excuse under the sun was made not to pay, blamed it on his payments lady(not that he ever had one), only when it came to breaking point did the cash come..

Expect alot of angry sellers contacting this douchebag today

Reference was made on that programme to him having 'cashflow' problems.....scratchchin

You know that old chestnut........yes

As Plod are unlikely to be interested, Trading Standards need to justify their existence and intervene to stop anyone else being ripped off.

To me he's just like a lot of other Traders.......

Big houses, big cars and live the life, by holding on to your money....

'Everythings for sale'. Yeah heard that from a well know Porsche Trader up North as well. Didn't trust him either.

Regularly seen revving around Cardiff central. Used to go to the gym at St Davids hotel, his 430 was parked at an angles across the front entrance regularly.

Had the misfortune to be in the Spa at the same time, he burst out of the sauna guffawing as it was too hot, and then lowered his sweat ridden form straight into into the jacuzzi , where I was sitting. I looked at him, ' u gotta probluuum ?' he replied....where I retorted on the way out, 'why don't you take a dump in here while you're at it'. Classy bloke.

This does not shock me one bit. When selling two of our cars on piston heads he offered to sell them on a SOR bases.
I was warned by other people not to touch him!

Only read the first page but interesting nobody named the place. The rules protect scumbags. I realise they could be used to do damage to reputations but usually plenty of others come with the opposite opinion if that's the case.

Lets just say that the clean HPI check he showed me for a vehicle wasnt as clean as the HPI check that i recieved the next morning after i was warned about him. Pity i had already put a deposit down. In the process of trying to get it back

DO NOT trade with this guy. He is an out and out dodgy dealer a la Arfur Daley who will rip you off.
My car was supposedly in his showroom on display when one day I received a speeding ticket from Avon police, a long way from Cardiff!! Further investigation revealed he had sold the car several months earlier and never informed me of it.
I was one of the lucky ones who got some money for my car though I could never get a sales invoice out of him & never found out what price it was actually sold for.
A distinctly dodgy individual who is breaking trading laws on many fronts and should not be allowed to practice business with the general public.

I should have taking things further with trading standards, but later found he had been fingered by BBC Watchdog. My expectation is that he will soon be closed down for rogue trading.

Could you not trace the new owner and ask him how much he paid?
