good marketing imo and a great way to get you in a new car if you like the car you have been in the last 24 hours.

Leicester always give you a Porsche. :-)
I have found that Leicester (a franchise OPC) tend give out their sales demonstrators as courtesy cars, which I agree, is a good thing - it often does seriously make you consider changing cars. Porsche owned OPCs (Hatfield, Reading, etc) seem to have a separate fleet of courtesy cars, of which only a limited number are Porsches - normally a few Boxsters and a couple of Panameras. In the past, when struggling to get a courtesy car from them I have suggested borrowing a sales demonstrator and pointed out that this is what Leicester do, but Hatfield wouldn't have any of it.

But yes, Leicester always try to give out Porsches. The only time I have had anything different from them was when my car was with them for 3 weeks and they took a deposit on the Cayman they had lent me after a week, so they drove out to collect it and left me with a new BMW 330D estate.

Most recently, I have had a Golf Diesel Bluemotion from Hatfield. That didn't tempt me in the slightest.

Dropped off the 987.2S Boxster for a service and was given a 981 Boxster for the day by Wilsmlow.
