Sorry for the time taken to reply....
I went for the Design Tek kit and it’s nice if you like loud...
Managed a run out today...
Thanks for getting back. And sorry it took me so long! This pandemic is making me lazy! I haven’t heard of the Design Tek kit but a different exhaust does make a massive improvement to these wonderful cars. If I had the fund I’d go for the Europipe. It’s a thing of beauty! Both fantastic. 997 a bit more rugged but at this age they all go wrong. Maybe better built too I was hearing terrible rattles on 996 turbo S brand spanking new car with zero miles. 997 easier to drive but a bit more inert. 996 just a little bit more raw and awd more progressive on track. If I had either I'd just stick to the one I already have they are so similar (same car) in fact 996 bit more of a drivers car. Looks fantastic and both look fabulous with GT2 aero.
This is what someone on 911UK has done to his PTS Nogaro Blue 996 turbo. Just look at it.

Thanks, that’s interesting. I was wondering re the 996T being “ a bit more of a drivers car “ This is what someone on 911UK has done to his PTS Nogaro Blue 996 turbo. Just look at it.

Thanks, really appreciate your comments . It does look nice in the sun. I was apprehensive when I first went to view it, but It soon won me over.
And those gold alloys look the biz!
Made on offer on that car back in July 2013 when it was for sale in South London. Dealer turned down the offer .... we raided the piggy back to up the offer but when we called 2 days later it had sold. I have a few pictures from then if interested. And those gold alloys look the biz!
We bought a manual cobalt blue one about 6 months later, which we still have.
