It's a Cargraphic exhaust and stage 1 remap, around 540hp. It sounds great too, not too loud but has a nice bark to it for a turbo.

I'm also running Öhlins Road and Track dampers with H+R ARB's so it handles well. Tyres are PS4S. Possibly a little too much grip from the 12" wide rears, but if you do slow in, fast out it really launches out of the corners.

Tidy! Any interior shots? I love a light interior.

I also have the GT2 short shift and LSD from factory.
Are you running spacers? The wheels look flusher than standard somehow.

Looks like you had the front lip and side skirts painted (like mine) but not the rear lip?

How does the paint hold up on the soft plastic?

I thought of having mine done but it's slightly lowered so the front lip takes a beating. With mine being silver I think it might look tatty pretty quickly.

Pretty sure the rear is painted, it’s the pic/shadow.

Factory option when new which was ticket to have them painted.

Mine held up pretty well, you can’t really see the underside, but mine was black

Was just going off this where the bottom panel isn’t shiny / reflecting

No you are right, it is plastic. Can’t say I noticed hence I thought it was the same as sides and front. Odd but how it was intended when it left the factory so not overly bothered.

I used to be a right 997 option nerd but it was a few years ago now since I sold my turbo.

Thought painter side sills was an option, but the front and rear lips were only painted as part of the Aerokit?

Couldn’t tell you. All I know is it’s on the original receipt. Side skirts are a ticked option and the window tints/front lip has been charged separately by dealer at time of ordering. Maybe it was done at dealership before hand over.

^^^ Super thread resurrection. That lovely met blue turbo with sand leather used to have a Cargraphic 544PS and 798Nm tuning kit on it.

https://www.cargraphic.de/en/your-vehicle/for-pors...

Was featured in 911 and Porsche World and first owner had dropped 50k GBP in quality upgrades on the car inc those Bilstein B16 Damptronics. A fantastic purchase wink.

Both fantastic. 997 a bit more rugged but at this age they all go wrong. Maybe better built too I was hearing terrible rattles on 996 turbo S brand spanking new car with zero miles. 997 easier to drive but a bit more inert. 996 just a little bit more raw and awd more progressive on track. If I had either I'd just stick to the one I already have they are so similar (same car) in fact 996 bit more of a drivers car. Looks fantastic and both look fabulous with GT2 aero.

This is what someone on 911UK has done to his PTS Nogaro Blue 996 turbo. Just look at it.

Thanks, that’s interesting. I was wondering re the 996T being “ a bit more of a drivers car “
My black turbo above post makeover. Take this turbo literally everywhere with me.

Should be up at Elvington June running Standing Mile. Should also be at a few PCGB trackdays and Bedford Autodrome over the Summer with SWMBO and her 991.
