Thanks for the ride today in this Nick. My word. Savagely quick and composed through the corners and easily putting all the power down of enlarged 3.8 Mezger by FVD with FVD hybrid VTGs. Nick can really drive the car too. Can't wait to see VBOX figures 0-300kph as I suspect its quicker than most cars. Really nice conversion.
biggrin Great to finally meet you ImI and thanks for the kind words it was my pleasure.

I am looking forward to some VBOX figures too.

I think Hypermax is round the corner bounce

chels - if you don't mind my asking, what did it cost to add mk2 wheels to your mk1?

Gen 2 wheels are very expensive. Sets seem to vary between £2000 and £4000 from what I have seen. OZ and BBS do some good wheels.

What sort of power is it Nick? It will be interesting to see what speed it does at Brunters, what are you hoping for?

It's running 656ps 935nm.

I'm hoping for 200+ as at stage 2 I ran 193mph.

The car is setup for everyday drivability and all round usability so it will be interesting.

Went for some hoonage over the Dales and to Whitby in the TurboS. Snapped these along the way.

That looks amazing, even better looking without a front plate, how do you get in with plod with that, I might remove mine, it looks so much better.

Good luck with the Vmax Nick. I'm sure you can get another 7mph with
your set up now.
Not sure if I can make this one or not.

Just back from a Spanish road trip, a few photos of mine taken with iphone. From the coast to mountains.

Love this thread, even though I am a 996 Turbo man!

The pic of he Lambo Gallardo with te 997, is it me or did the Lambo look very ugly, angular and boxy....porker looks very subtle and streamlined?
