Whilst this situation doesn't affect me whatsoever, I feel pretty pi$$ed off with Porsche as of late what with stupid warranty conditions, servicing, options costs etc.
So much so that my current car may well be my last Porsche for some time to come.

The issue as I see with regards to the GT3 is that all of you on here are a tiny, tiny minority of Porsche buyers.
Hell, I'd even go as far to say that 90% of Porsche buyers don't even know a GT3 exists, never mind the problems with them at the moment.

So, I wish you all the luck in the world with this concerted effort, and don't forget - 'They don't like it up 'em Mr Mainwaring'!

you need to get this moving and get legals on board now, just spoke to PCGB...no offer if any of any goodwill, until cars are back on the road, then it is going to be one offer for all....

Apolo, you have access to top legal bods (I think I read that on the other thread) - why don't you use your people since you are probably the most passionate of this disenfranchised group.

Oh right yeh of course it is, you mean at the point you get your car and you're just really happy to have it, they really are taking people for mugs lol!!

Still lots of talk on Rennlist about people negotiating various compensation deals, I can't help but think it's all BS one guy reckons he's getting $2,000 per month whilst the car is off the road, I just can't see it!

So long as it is a fair settlement, prospects of an early settlement have got to be higher Real loss (mitigated by yourself), rather than imagined, and one which they could have reasonably been foreseen.

IMO one years extra warranty is on the low side, but if they upped it to 2 extra years....
