you need to get this moving and get legals on board now, just spoke to PCGB...no offer if any of any goodwill, until cars are back on the road, then it is going to be one offer for all....
I mentioned the futility of going legal as an aside, my real point was 'what are you looking to achieve'. It would seem though that unless one is a member of the ethereal 'I have a GT3 or one on order' club, then one is irrelevant. Edited by APOLO1 on Thursday 10th April 16:18

I think Porsche are playing games with those who have cars. Yes they have offered refunds, yes they have said a fix is coming. But what they won't do is detail the exact amount of compensation to be paid thus allowing owners to decide wether or not the wait is worthwhile.
That, IMO, stinks.
+1That, IMO, stinks.

I don't think that my contribution is in any way negative or insulting, merely a detached opinion. Good luck to you all.
Sidicks, further investigation and numerous experiences bears out my earlier assertions ref Porsches application of their extended warranty. The warranty booklet is no longer correct.

at this stage I have taken advise on what I can reasonably expect to receive .At the moment I do not have an amount, due to my car not yet being back on the road. I have no doubt that as and when I submit my claim that it will be met in full..

Whilst this situation doesn't affect me whatsoever, I feel pretty pi$$ed off with Porsche as of late what with stupid warranty conditions, servicing, options costs etc.
So much so that my current car may well be my last Porsche for some time to come.
This, plus the fact that Porsches feel unexciting now and seemingly have poor quality control, has ended a 30 year love affair I had with Porsche cars. I've owned a number, but won't be buying another new one for the foreseeable future. So much so that my current car may well be my last Porsche for some time to come.
I will be in the market for another toy later this year and will be looking at Ferrari, McLaren and others. Porsche is unlikely to be on the list, unless it's an older one.

What didn't you find exciting about the GT3 when you drove it??I will be in the market for another toy later this year and will be looking at Ferrari, McLaren and others. Porsche is unlikely to be on the list, unless it's an older one.

I've asked the same question I want to know build schedules and how they are going to allocate the engines to be built. This could take months!!

Due to the lack of pertinent newsflow count me in. Email just sent.
I want to know how many engines they will build per week once production starts after easter and where I am on the list. Not an unreasonable request.

Well done to Sierra Mike-Macca.Whatever the outcome may be, your actions Will be known and remembered, not only by PAG-VAG, but by future prospective purchasers.Any product manufactures who ignore their clients, don't deserve any support.Hope VAG are impressed how this saga has been allowed to unfold.
