OMG - wow!

You are braver than the mere mortal PHer smile

You could have put a bid in for the Parr modified RS for instant gratification!

Best of luck

A brave man indeed!

That car is going to be pretty awesome. Not that it isn't now!

At what point do you go too far?

Removing the Porsche sound deadening, why not use some more modern, lighter weight deadening to keep it nice on the road (certainly beats ear plugs)!

Hhhmmm..I'm not sure I totally get the point?

If you have CS fever to that extent, why not buy a real one?

I appreciate they are not particularly cheap anymore, having said that a CS is probably at the better end of the Porsche investment spectrum?

Are they likely to fall or rise in value?...Who knows (cares!)? smile

It would cost a fortune to do it properly and will never be quite right to those with an eye for the correct detail.

For a start, Porsche never made any Speed yellow M003 in Rhd.

You own such a good example of a C2 in a great colour, I would personally keep it standard and enjoy it for what it is.

These C2 will end up like the 2.4S, where a nice standard car is worth more than one that had a half hearted attempt at being an RS at some point.

It's your car and we all enjoy our Porsche's in different ways.

Have fun with it! smile

That is the point .... that there IS NO POINT. And thus, in this way, it reflects and resonates with this mad, bad, bittersweet universe which we all inhabit. In fact there is nothing worse in life than things which have a point, an end position, a consequentiality, a perfectly resolving masterplan and a rigid dogma about them. Emotion, that's all there is.

Your last 2 lines were spot on though. wink

Good job Jackal. Just make sure the shell work is done by someone who really knows what he is doing. Nothing worse than having to do it all twice. Ask me how I know wink

They must have used less glue than they did with the 964 because that looks like it came off far too easy! wink
