While they may all have different characters, varying focuses and strengths & weakneses - if you
were allowed to own just one 911 for long term ownership - not as a daily driver - but to cover all needs, road, track, long & short jaunts, motorways to B-roads, good weather & bad - what would be your poison?
I'm thinking of a 911 which would take that prized spot in a four-car fleet.

If its the car at Philip Raby's its an absolute stunner and a great place to have your money IMO
Read the editorial about it in a well known Porsche publication very well sorted recreation and given the value of some of the replica cars and the "Original" it appears to be another good move from Crimpy.
Looks bloody stunning too.
If its the same car I think it is, it was for sale around 2 years ago and I believed sold for around 18K. Just goes to show just how prices of 964s are on the move.Read the editorial about it in a well known Porsche publication very well sorted recreation and given the value of some of the replica cars and the "Original" it appears to be another good move from Crimpy.

Crimp a Length has been barred from the site apparently (for life)
Messaged me earlier, spoil-sports i think it must have been the naked gardener picture which personally i found hilarious.
He also knows his onions on 911's and has helped a few people out with informative posts so a shame really.

tis a shame.......i was eagerly awaiting the inevitable update with an overdose of pics...........the rundown of the "Crimp detail".........and the "996 TT's are rubbish and 964s are the best even though 5 mins ago I was raving about the former".............. :P
Ha ha, i think he just likes them all really top bloke.I hope Ed hasn't been banned.
The pic of the 'naked gardener' was amusing, if mods felt it was offensive it should have been removed and a warning given. Amazing as the mods don't seem to take some of the abusive/bullying threads seriously but bad someone for a photo!
Hopefully he'll be reinstated shortly.
