Porsche Cayenne, Aberdeen Garage advice (warranty work)

Hi all,
I have a 57 plate Cayenne Turbo and have an issue with the air con. It's freezing cold on the passengers side all the time and does not heat up. The drivers side works as it should.
I have done a bit of digging online and have seen some pointers towards a faulty heater actuator.
My warranty is with WMS I believe I have a 100+ VAT limit on the hourly labour rate. A £5000 per claim limit with a value of car total as a maximum combined which seems fairly comprehensive.
So...
Does anyone have any advice on where to put the car (Porsche are 130+VAT, WOW), any ideas if it could be the heater actuator and whether it is a big/expensive job.

I had a similar issue with a Touareg - full heat from one centre dash vent, cold from the other. It was indeed an actuator/servo - I used a very good VW Audi specialist but it was a VERY involved job to get to the particular one that'd failed - a £60 part cost around £800 fitted inc VAT and that's at a rate of £55-60/hour.
I'd normally say any skilled mechanic could so the job, but I was glad I'd sent that one to a specialist when I saw the pictures of how much had to be stripped (dash, steering column etc) - however, I would have thought a Cayenne would be very similar in terms of the HVAC system so I'd look for a VW/Audi specialist if you can't find a Porsche one.

I would have to agree with thegoose. Actuator/servo failure, labour intensive and unpleasant job. I thought Bavarian Auto works on king street would be an option. Anybody any experience with them.
I'm not keen on aberdeen audi (specialist cars because of a bad experience with my ur turbo.
There is John Clark BMW but there probably the same as spec cars?
I've also just had an air suspension warning light flash on and off today which may require a good knowledge of the car.

As I have a limit of 100 + VAT an hour Porsche is out.
I believe AWautos is back in business.
The posts are all older so taking into consideration the possible turn over in personnel does any one have any recent experiences with the other 3 and possibly experience of putting a Porsche in.
Because my cayenne possibly needs the air suspension looked into(or at least plugged in to check for a fault) Does anyone know how specialised this would be and if the above garages would/should be capable of diagnosing/repairing?
Warning- chassis system (description in book is- side tilt of vehicle is significantly greater when cornering) only flashed on twice in 3 months)

I wouldn't go near BAW.
Aberdeen OPC are actually very good and I've got nothing bad to say about them so far, they do all the servicing on my 996 GT3 and my dad's 993 Turbo and 3.8RS goes there too.
I'm pretty sure they can have a bit of movement in their prices if I remember correctly.

I went to Porsche and the service was second to none. I even got a brand new carrera S as a loan car.
As for the issue with the the car, unfortunately chassis warning light which was supposed to be repaired by replacing 2 cracked body acceleration sensors has come back on again. Porsche are taking the car back in to have another look.
Hopefully they will maintain the high standard of customer service and find/repair the problem.
