I won’t be the only one but I thought I’d share this anecdote.

Got cruise fitted by an OPC but noticed a few days later that they had made a hash of my sat nav so I booked it back in. Having collected it at the end of the day I got half way home only to realise my cruise control was now faulty.

Got back to the dealer before they shut and they did recode it there and then, but before I drove off I checked the rest of the systems to find I can no longer choose music or display tracks on the instrument panel, and my PCM info version is coming back blank.

I had had enough of playing games, so I just went home. Its a 50 mile round trip to the dealer, but I think I'll be travelling further afield come service time.

I had cruise control fitted by an OPC, all was tickety boo.

A few days later the fuel guage showed just under a quarter of a tank full, so I filled it up.

Went to the station and managed to get in 20 litres before it started spilling back out the tank.

Turns out the OPC installed the 'wrong' software back into my car!

That's very strange...I had the cruise retro fitted on my Cayman by Edinburgh OPC a while back they did a first class job everything worked just as it did and has done so ever since.

If one OPC can do it correctly surely so can another.
