Bearing in mind it managed 212 mph in top,

it will easily pull 140 + in third ;-)
Certainly not a standard C2 then charge lol! Quite a monster, love to know what has been done to the engine?

I like the 5 speed box but would like it even more with slightly shorter 3rd/4th ratio's as per the G50.21. The overdrive 6th doesn't appeal as I think the standard 5th is a great touring gear.

Ras, I dont know where to start re. work to the engine.
Basis is 993 gt2 evo lump, bespoke pistons, gt3rs crank, silver coated threaded barrels screwed into bespoke heads at in excess of 800 Nm, motorsport rockers, Gt2 cams, Throttle bodies, carbon plenums, hand made bar and plate intercooler, two hybrid k27 turbos all run by M800 Motec. Was built to produce 1000 bhp on pump fuel at 2bar ( which is pushing it, no problem with a drop of race fuel). Without wishing to lunch it for fear of a monumental repair bill it runs 1.4 bar boost for a solid reliable 700 bhp at 8,000 rpm on 97 RON.
Gets from 70-140 quicker than a Veyron, in third!
Flying the flag for 5 speed 964's in the UK.

Is your engine standard c2 ? and is the gearbox std 993 c2, can i ask how much it was to do the swop? please pm if you don't want to publish on here
Thanks
Rick
Ric, mine is a mildy tuned road going C2 (VarioRam, MoTec, decat) making 320/30 bhp depending on fuel, no way on earth would I go back to the 5 speed box, ratios seem spot on for my needs, 6th is only slightly higher than the standard 5th, ratios are custom close ratio set in an uprated 993 casing with rebuilt LSD, made and fitted by Ninemiester, was fair chunk of money but worth every penny
