A, hope you are well. When some ''dust settles' I'll tell you what I know happened to a mate of a mate and let you judge too...

One break down on track is no way to judge any business.

That may sound odd given my probably unequalled 100% reliability record from 9 seasons (and circa 120+ races) racing Porsches (prepared by Unit 11, County Classics and more recently Hartech) but I did have failures on test days, daft things like a terminal to the low tension side of the coil breaking, causing the car to die & need recovering, for example. I'd hate to think that anyone would be naive enough to see that happen and judge that therefore the company that prepared the car were worth avoiding at all costs.

I am not for a moment suggesting that the fact one of his cars broke down is in any way a reflection of his business as a whole. I was just making an observation that I found quite amusing that's all.
I just happen not to like or trust the bloke which is why I found it all the more funny.

Experiences of close friends and first hand look at some of work leads me to believe I wouldn't be happy parting any hard earned with him.

I remember seeing you break down with engine problems at donny a few years back in a white 964 in a CSCC race.
