No verdict then??
The last sentence of the review is "Do believe the hype." and the car got five out of five stars.
edit: Surprisingly the Cayman R and Boxster Spyder were tested in the same issue and also received a perfect 5/5 with hat tip to the hydraulic steering but I didn't see any GT3 lower control arms mentioned anywhere. I'm almost tempted to skip the PTS GT4 for the GT4 RS (only a few months between them, GT4 RS coming before the facelift if the printed rumours are true?) and buy an old Spyder with cheap euros as a summer toy.
Unfortunately mobile.de only has a single Boxster Spyder available right now... PDK. Odd — I expected most enthusiasts would offload their cars before the impending announcement of the new car.

Old cars better, :-) very few for sale and I see this time LHD are big money which books the trend.
NO ones parting with Manaul Spyder's atm the car's to good value, as the Spyder tested in EVO DID have Adjustable LCA and the R was also well set up , they were bound to get 5 stars :-) shock horror neither on N spec tyres either !

think for the first time, the GT4 is attracting GT3 owners and lovers to the cayman fold... that's why it has been such a success. Traditional boxster/cayman fans had to compete with the new surge of interest from buyers that on average have/allocated more disposable income to spend on toys.
I keep thinking that porsche wouldn't use the RS badge on the Cayman but am beginning to see why it could make sense since it would be completely priced out of where a normal cayman buyer would be and thus dragging the rest of the cayman range upwards from a brand perspective.
