I am - pretty much gone for everything besides useless stuff such as cruise, dashboard wart/stop watch, auto-dip mirrors, carbon etc. ie I specced leather, nav, phone, dab, clubsport, buckets, pccb, harnesses, xenons and climate. not bothering with PTS, going for Dark Blue metallic as prefer the stealthy look. £82k ish iirr.

booked the GT4 PEC at Silverstone today, earliest date 28/sept !

I would never order a performance car without cruise,all those lovely roads with traffic cones..no workmen and spec cameras ...cruise is a must have to ensure I retain my license.

Anybody debating whether to go Mexico (or Riviera as very similar to Mexico), Voodoo or Maritime, this thread has some good comparison pics. I was all over Mexico, but now thinking Voodoo. Trouble is these colours can look quite different according to the light the photo is taken in. I'm sure it will take many more hours of looking at threads of Porsche blue shades to decide!!

Don't think so. The usual "modified vs factory" debate all over again.
Modified Minis are very quick cars, sport auto timed a Mini Cooper at 7:44 last year but these are race cars and only barely road legal. Not convinced they are very fun to drive either, not in that "maximum attack" setup.

Nope at the rate the mini catches it I would say the GT4 wasn't being pushed.

Also there are many cars even under £10k that are tuned to hell that would be quicker than the GT4.

It's not all about pace for me with the GT4, it's the whole package. My wife will do me away from the lights in her car but I'll
have the bigger grin

I've blitzed several GT-R's in my old 996 RS at the 'ring - does that make the GT-R a slower car ? of course not, utter garbage, 80 pcnt down to the driver, which is what makes the Nordschiefe such an awesome venue.

My buckets have gone through fine, they even called vehicle planning and they said no issues

That's the same here, it was simply a case of them being out of stock on the seats therefore not on the configurator, however a little bit of communication made by the dealer has ensured the vehicle will have buckets
