So do we have the option of the old style folding buckets and new style 918 buckets now? Are the folding ones more comfortable, if that is the case I might change my order and go with them

I'm november build too and confirm that buckets were not available. OPC said they'd contact me in August to confirm spec. The dilemma then will be whether to go sport seats/no clubsport or reject the car which I don't really want to do.

Strange I first confirmed my spec on 10th May and have a Novembee build slot.

Amended last week to add colour to sample.

I was reminded there is a delay to buckets and also an up to 12 week delay for the colour but it was loaded onto the system and confirmed.

Your 6 foot 1 ,is that not tall ? I am 6 foot so would expect similar issue ,I also have concern about getting in and out of them as I currently have a hip issue .

Just wondering how far down the queue people are that have left deposits with porsche. Back in April was told dealer would get 6 cars for 2015. They had deposits for all those plus 7 more deposits - I am the seventh. No drop outs so far. Just wondered how far down the queue other depositors are?

but every one I know who was early is Sept build now, mine inc bar 1 I know of in a August build but he is NOT having buckets. factory is only shut for 2 weeks not a month I thought.

I added CTS but my slot still says Sept !

Am first at my dealers,originally told July build and delivery ,then it's all gone tits or lightweight buckets up and have no idea.
Im on holiday ,having a conversation with dealer when I return.

3rd new Porsche I've bought,3rd time been fked around .

I was no 5 and have a Nov date. Dealer thought they would get just one more car for Jan build.

Current state of the economy is the only thing that enables them to do that.
We'll see if they are still so high and mighty once the interest rates go up and their line-up is full of downsized turbo engines.

Hi guys, about to ring my OPC to completely finalise my spec and stop messing about (constantly changing options!)

With regards to the xenons, are the PDLS 'that much' better or will I be just as happy with the standard items?

I wouldn't even consider them the standard lights will be perfectly good enough. certainly something you wont get back on resale IMO

Waiting for my OPC to confirm on PTS and buckets but still saying Nov. I am 4th on the list

I wont take the car without buckets, but would go for yellow if its only PTS that causes delay. PTS will Signal or Viper Green

I spoke to Porsche GB Customer Services yesterday and the buckets are a temporary stock issue which they said is sure to be resolved by August.
