I have the 2nd slot at my OPC (mid-Sussex) but their first car is only due a week earlier than mine as it was also specced with LWB's, so the first cars were delayed if so ordered.

So glad i held my nerve and ignored the online chatter about LWB being pulled indefinately - 7-10 days after estimated completion date, assuming that there are no excessive shipping delays i guess.

Great value spec, struggling to work out how i have managed to spend another 11 grand on top of that ! PCCBs, nav crap and clubsport package i suppose is the answer, doh.

Personally I would go platinum wheels and add the CDR- plus for USB etc.

PCCB's are very tempting but always thought of them as a negative for resale purely because a replacement rotor is just so expensive and can be easily damaged on track.

Good idea. I may add CDR-plus but I'd like to see Satin Black in the flesh on a White car.

why would that be...what reason are they giving for holding back your completed car?

Mine's coming from the same dealer as yours - estimated for November and I've just popped LWB's back on to mine with no mention of further delay but we'll see.

Many don't seem to like them, but I really do. Maybe I'm being practical because I previously had the high gloss wheels on the CR and they were a b*gger to keep clean and scratched so easily. Anyone lived with these 'matt' type alloys yet, do they wear ok?

I personally don't like the matt black but each to their own.

I have matt 20's on my Cayman S at the moment and haven't found them difficult to keep clean or blemish free. I coated them with C5 Wheel Armour from GTechnic when they were new which has probably helped.

I've gone for sills because I think they look great at night illuminated and the normal ones look quite cheap and leave a lot of black plastic on show - however if your looking to save £600 it could be worth spending it elsewhere

I've gone for black wheels because I've gone for a black car and I personally like the stealth look

One thing I do regret is not opting for dual zone ac because it won't have climate but hopefully it's not going to effect me terribly...

Someone kindly sent me a photo of the exact spec of my car and it's fair to say I love it....

They are full length from what I understand a lot bigger than the plastic version
