Did you go for Yellow stitching?

No, I was debating it but I'm happy with the silver and it saved me throwing another £800 - I had to say stop somewhere

Not in the flesh but again from the white PEC car

I like that. And I think it's an improvement over the previous black option as the whole wheel is painted and not just the face.

I'll give that one a miss. I much prefer the old longer carbon sill. Had them on a previous turbo.

Ahh, but the new ones being smaller are even more lightweight so knock at least a couple of seconds off per lap! wink

I'm getting them to match the carbon interior bits and the seats. I wish the cheaper, non illuminated ones were available, I don't particularly like the backlit GT4, I find it a bit Blackpool illuminations but still preferable to the standard ones (with carbon interior options) at £600.

So what comes as standard sill wise ? Any scripted sills?

Don't knock Blackpool, they gave us TVR... Oh, and the clap. Maybe.

Has anyone read the gts forum pages 146-147. There's a few issues with the front clearance especially with x73. Given the the gt4 is 10mm lower with an even longer bumper I'm a touch uneasy!

That's why the splitter is cheap and easy to replace. Some degree of damage is inevitable.

I've got a Boxster GTS with x73 and I haven't had any real issues. Don't get me wrong, it does touch the odd local speed hump if I carry a bit much speed over them but it's never seriously grounded.

That said I will avoid some of the said 'humps' in the GT4 when it arrives. So, aware it's low, yes, concerned/uneasy, no.

I personally don't like the matt black but each to their own.

I have matt 20's on my Cayman S at the moment and haven't found them difficult to keep clean or blemish free. I coated them with C5 Wheel Armour from GTechnic when they were new which has probably helped.

I would have been happy with 19's but wanted dark wheels on a white car but as is oten the case with Porsche options you can't have exactly what you want. 19's can't be done in this finish.

At least my GT4 will arrive in my preferred colour of Voodoo Blue. I hope it looks fking amazing and will be one of very few in PTS blue.
