Are you going with Porsche VTS? I'll call AF tomorrow and hopefully my quote will come down more if I say CAT5 - they didn't ask me to quote options btw, said I didn't need to? Best quote so far is with admiral (no tracker) £1400ish - I'm 27, 7 years NCD, no claims in last 5 years, SP50 and 3 points in 2011 and SK9 postcode
I can see this whole insurance and tracker situation be the hardest part of the process when buying this car

Ok, so because the car was advertised at £105,985, and subsequently sold (or the ad vanished), you automatically assume it sold for that premium? Come on lad, don't be naive, unless you can prove it sold for that amount, which we all know you can't, take these speculative prices with a pinch of salt........I sense someone is trying to artificially inflate prices to flip his own!!! hmmm

3. Not long to wait until you get your GT4 and you can tell us how much better your "home-made" car is...
I was offered a brand new one (would be the second owner but first to drive it) for £103k a couple of weeks ago. Really good spec club sport car with lightweight buckets. I think list was about £78k. Turned it down as it was too much IMHO but I'm sure somebody bought it. £115k is dreamland. Will be able to get a 991.2 GT3 for that money in a year or so...
