If you can get your hands on an RS you've done well Paul .
When is actual gt4 delivery for you ?
Still haven't got a build date which is frustrating . Seem to have gone from 2nd to 4th/5th . I guess Buckets and clubsport are impacting .... If its not going to be here late October it may as well be next year . I ran the 991 GT3 over the winter as I couldn't resist using it and I did regret getting it peppered by gritters on several occasions . When is actual gt4 delivery for you ?

A friend of mine's getting an RS and invited me along to share his day so at the end I explained I'm getting a gt4 and Barry arranged a quick blast .
The RS really is something else I must say and made me a little underwhelmed by the gt4 but then that's to be expected .
Sure my full gt4 session will be great .
Do you think the difference will apply on the road? The RS really is something else I must say and made me a little underwhelmed by the gt4 but then that's to be expected .

White GT4 in wilmslow showroom with a medium spec (no buckets or CS) - flipped at 103k
In the showroom now? I'd be tempted to go have a look tomorrow but probably wouldn't be able to hold back from giving my contacts their some abuse over prioritising slots to flippers when they claimed they were absolutely against this kind of practise. Feel like washing my hands of Porsche tbh.mdianuk said:

You actually believed a salesman when he told you that he was absolutely against making a lot of money very quickly? AdamV12V said:

I never believe them, but I've been dealing with the dealer principle and managers and they've said all along that priority has been given to those customers who have a good track record of buying from them to use/enjoy - clearly I misunderstood and what they meant to say was the customers that flip cars making them double the profits. I'm aggrieved being quite far down the waiting list; I can't imagine how annoyed the next one or two in line are, or anyone who was bumped down to make way for this cars owner. Maybe I had the wrong tact all along, I should have said I was buying to resell immediately through the same dealer at a huge mark-up, but then not actually return with it and enjoy as is intended.Hmmm, to burn my bridges with a strongly worded email or not!!!

It's in the showroom now yes, at the back. They said the buyer had it for a week but then they've had to move abroad so can't keep the car? miskalachi said:

A likely story. Just given my contacts my views on this, as I find this practise unacceptable. I know it isn't unusual, but I had the OPC's word that allocations were fair; this isn't the case.turbofreeFLAT6 said:

If you mean in everyday use then on the road then no. I'm looking forward to the gt4 enormously my observation was regarding how amazing the RS was generally . You can't help but be in awe of the RS in an all round capacity but you are right the gt4 for what it costs in comparison is a bargain .

Might make me feel better though I wouldn't be rude though, just disappointed. Like I said, accept it happens, but I feel personally mislead and that in my view is no way to conduct yourself. I guess there are those of us with morals, and then there are salesmen!PS - car may be for sale at that rate, but not sold, just before anyone starts claiming that is what they are now worth!
