Thanks for the link, will get in touch with them. Interested to know price expectation.

Do Romans buy their cars from Porsche directly, or simply selling on SOR because they always seem to have one of the earliest cars available.

Thanks, car is due in two weeks. I assume this is best done from new
Appreciate any recommendations for a supplier around the midlands area.

Seems to me the Clubsport option sends the whole Gt4 model into a state of flux. Why would Porsche do that?

Not sure what you mean? It's a racing car being produced to race within GT regulations. It has nothing to do with the road car really. The "clubsport" option for the road GT4 is a rear cage. The GT3 and GT3RS are the same in having this. I think you've got all confused.

Perhaps I am, but with the GT3 it was always a choice to go vanilla or RS. Either were road worthy. That does not seem the same here. Is this new Cayman a track only car?

If I was asked to guess I'd say £110K. Quite a nice spec.

Glad I went Clubsport.

Could well be in the teens.

The price differential between GT4s with buckets and full clubsport could well be a lot closer than GT3s but time will tell. Still unconvinced the £3k extra for cage and harness is worth it tbh. Imo.

The black one at £99950 seems to be quite a basic spec car. There is now a trend of retail asking price of list plus £30k.

The White one at Romans is £109950 and the White one at Porsche Wilmslow at £103650 are both list plus £30k

Even at £100k GT4 looks reasonable money compared to £122k for a BMW GTS

My build has come forward to next week from Nov.
What seats have you ordered?
Wouldn't read too much into that,I've got 918 seats and they have brought my car forward .
I had an October delivery date now I have week 47 as a build date so who know's! Frustrating as I sold my Exige on the basis of October delivery promised. Disappointed to be missing out on planned track days for the next 2 months!

that's the main one, a 991 GTS is £110k for a car with all the same parts or worse !
As the GT4 now has the 991 engine all 991 look very expensive now.

I'm not sure that makes a £100k GT4 reasonable, more that the GTS is a joke.

I was told Romans paid 7K over list for that car.
