Enjoy, looking forward to seeing the first vid! Most of us on here can't get enough pics and vids of the car waiting in anticipation for our own cars to arrive! Can't wait to start seeing a few PTS cars coming through....

Tim, what are your plans for running the GT4 in? Porsche seem to recommend much longer than the 800km or so McLaren do for the 675LT.Route Napoleon tomorrow down to Monaco, cannot wait, this is going to be a good day!
Well, an update for those sick of my ranting; I have some slightly better news! I enquired with the dealer network again yesterday with regards to getting a GT4, and have managed to secure position 1 (with deposit) at a specific dealer should another allocation of GT4's be made available. Obviously no guarantee this will happen, but position 1 is certainly better than position 4 and 6 I have at other dealers. I did ask that they confirm in writing that I would be first in line and no other deposits are in place, which they have done, so just a waiting game now. They said they have spoken to Porsche Vehicle Planning and expect at least another car, but don't know when yet - I'm happy if this is after winter tbh. I'll try to avoid the stress of picking colours until it is official!

Have you decided on the stitching colour yet?

haha, I'm trying to avoid thinking about it, though the interior is less of a problem for me.Has anyone currently firming up their order managed to spec the full race seats anyway, despite them not being on the configurator? Concerned that 'if' I do get a slot, they won't be available, and that would be a huge no no for me.

Don't mean to throw a spanner in the works but how can you be certain they don't sell their first car under the radar to someone or say its the last of the 1st allocation coming through? m33ufo said:

Still a lot of money, entitled to want what is advertised as available. I can't see myself enjoying it as much without the full buckets, so fingers crossed the option will be back once/if I get the chance - question still valid, has anyone firmed up their order in the past few weeks and been able to order buckets, or being told tough, standard seats only now?Scooty100 said:

It is a very real possibility that they are not being entirely accurate with the truth, but being told in writing that I'm next should another car come through is a better position than I was in, so will just have to hope it all works out!itsybitsy said:
